The evening event was held December 3 at the Hall of Champions in San Diego's Balboa Park. In this awards program, the San Diego Business Journal recognizes young dynamic professionals in their twenties who make significant career achievements and demonstrate social responsibility. She was the sixth office person to be hired in a company of about 15 working in 10,000 square-feet of shared office and warehouse space. Today the San Diego solar installer is in its own 26,000 square-foot building with expansive warehouse space. The company recently passed the 100-employee mark. When Arant joined Baker it had installed a few dozen solar systems. Today Baker is on track to install nearly 1000 solar systems this year alone.
